I have a wide range of business experience, but it all fits together around one common theme -- Energizing people to fulfill their highest potential. All of my work, whether as a Real Estate Managing Broker, business manager, business owner, franchise development champion, coach, or non-profit activist; has focused on helping those around me unleash Natural Energy to better serve their clients, customers, constituents, and themselves.

Years of experience as a Real Estate Broker, Director of business Development, business manager and owner taught me the value of raising up my employees and Associate Brokers; and helping them learn how to reach beyond what they thought possible. I coach and mentor them in how to build connections with customers and how to release the Natural Energy of those relationships.

My employees and Associate Brokers benefit by increasing their customer relationship skills, and our customers benefit by discovering sales people who are authentic in their desire to make sure they get the solution that serves them best…and who are skilled at giving the customer a great experience in the process.
